In each practice we explore where you are at in the present moment, how the body breathes and how the mind softens. This is your space to rest, to reconnect, to realign with your natural rhythm and a journey of returning home to your own felt‑aliveness.
I honour and acknowledge the traditional custodians of the many lands on which I live, teach, and share my offerings across Sydney.
